Ready to Distribute

How it works. The three pips are Air, Hotel, Ground — green when present, red when missing, grey when not applicable (self-drive needs no flight). A row is Ready only when everything required is there and no memo has been sent; its checkbox is live. Incomplete rows are locked and say what is missing. Sent rows are dimmed and show the date.

Selecting rows opens the green send bar. One click sends the batch, and each memo goes out with its own recipients and revision colour exactly as a single send does today.
